Banner and Link Exchanges

Individuals can increase traffic to their websites by joining banner and link exchange programs. Banner and link exchange programs consist of two major varieties: (A) individual agreements and (B) third party programs. Individual agreements are made between two webmasters were each party agrees to display the other websites banner and/or text link. Third party programs use a broker to help distribute the banners amongst thousands of members. The third party usually charges a fee or manipulates the link exchange ratio in its favor.

The following is a list of some banner and link exchange programs:

Newsletters

Capture email addresses of visitors to your website. As your website gains popularity you will receive more and more traffic. Unfortunately, not all of the traffic will place an order. However, if you offer a free newsletter or free information on different relevant topics you can often gather the e-mail addresses of potential customers.  You can create an informative newsletter using some of the comprehensive information found on the www.physiciansselect.co.uk website and then send out a monthly email containing the information in a newsletter format:

Stay informed concerning new FDA approved medications and herbal alternatives.
