How
do I make a link to the Physicians' Select website?
Once you join the affiliate program
you will be directed to a page with complete instructions on how do link
to the Physicians' Select website. This page also give instructions for
linking to the homepage of the specific supplement that you marketing.

Do I need my own website?
Having your own website is important but not
a requirement. You may sign up for a doorway (exact replica of the Physicians'
Select Homepage) or we can provide you with a text link to include in
personal emails (we do not allow spamming, please see spamming
question). Individuals may also sign up for free web pages (please
see the marketing section).

I own several URLs, can I market
the Physicians' Select Herbal Supplements using several domains?
Yes, we welcome links on multiple domains. Simply sign
up for the affiliate program and then use one or more of the text
links, banner ads, etc. to link to www.Physicians' Select.com.

What is the payment schedule for affiliate sales?
Unique from most affiliate programs
Physicians Select pays 20% of the product price on both the original order
and on all refills. In addition, we pay an additional 5% of the product
price on second tier sales (those individuals that sign up for the Physicians
Select Affiliate Program under you). Average commissions range
between $5.80 - $69.80 per order secondary to individuals ordering multiple
supplements at the same time.

Do I have to meet some sales
quota to meet the Physicians' Select Herbal Supplement Program?
No, the 20% of the product price and
the 5% for second tier sales represents our payment schedule. There is
no fine print or hidden sliding scales that reduce your payment schedule.
Any changes in our pricing including promotion or different marketing
strategies designed to increase sales will not reflect any changes to
our affiliate payments. Average commissions range between $5.80
- $69.80 per order secondary to individuals ordering multiple supplements
at the same time.

Is there any charge for signing up for your affiliate program?
No, there is no charge for joining the Physicians' Select Affiliate Program.

How do I change my affiliate information?
Simply, return to the main affiliate
page and log in using your user name and password. There you will see
a link: "update affiliate information" click on this link to
make any changes.

What if I cannot remember my password?
Sorry for the confusion, simply send
an email with your full name to

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
Individuals cannot send unsolicited email (also
known as spam) in any way shape or form. There will be no leniency in
cases of unsolicited email. Affiliates in violation of this policy will
forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program. If you have
an idea for an email program please contact
us prior to beginning the program.

Do you provide banners, doorway pages and/or text links?
Yes, we have a wide selection of banners, doorway
pages and text links. Once you join the affiliate program you will be
directed to a page with complete instructions on how to get the html coding.

Where should I place the Physicians' Select links on my website?
Individuals should place links where
they are easy for visitors to your site to find, such as your homepage.
Some areas on your homepage that are beneficial are on the navigational
bar, top left corner of the homepage, etc. Include a text link under any
banner that you may use for the best results.

Who processes orders and handles all of the customer service?
Our customer service department handles
all of the billing, shipping and customer service issues. All you are
responsible for is marketing the supplements and collecting your affiliate
checks.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we welcome international orders.

Can I earn commissions on my own sales?
Yes, when you buy supplements from Physicians
Select simply follow the links on your website and we will pay you the
same commission that you would earn from your other sales.

Are international affiliates encouraged to join the program?
Yes, we ship our supplements worldwide,
therefore, we welcome individuals to join our affiliate program from around
the world.

How long do your cookies last?
Affiliate cookies are set to not expire. Unless
the user goes into his internet tools and deletes their cookie cache,
the cookie will remain on their browser and continue to track your sales
indefinitely. Cookies are only used to track the initial order, once the
original order is processed that individual will receive a unique code
in our data base software and you will receive credit for each re-order
for the life of that customer.

I have not received my affiliate check?
Affiliate checks are mailed by the
5th day of each month. If you have not received your check in a reasonable
amount of time please to not hesitate to contact us:
affiliateprogram@physiciansselect.co.uk
Please note: affiliate checks less than $25.00
are carried over until the next month unless a special request is made
for payment. International affiliates may request a higher minimum balance
in order to avoid potential check cashing fees.

How do I know if I am receiving credit for my sales?
Individuals may check their sales statistics
by logging into the Physicians' Select Affiliate Center. There you will
see your recent sales, if you still have questions email our affiliate
staff @ affiliateprogram@physiciansselect.co.uk
and they will arrange for you to place some test orders.

Why does the application request my social security number or Federal
Tax ID number?
These
numbers are only requested by residents of the United States. This information
is required by the Internal Revenue Service, we are required by law to
submit a 1099 form for all individuals who earn in excess of $600.00 in
any given calendar year.
What are your policies concerning the affiliate information
provided on the affiliate registration form?
All information provide is handled in the same fashion
as our customer data. All information is kept private, we do not
sell, rent or otherwise share any information provided on the application.
Your information is submitted via a Secure Socket Layer to ensure your
information remains secure.

Why do you require the Uniform Resource Locators (URL) for the website

The Physicians' Select Affiliate Program staff
reviews the urls to ensure their integrity. Most all websites are accepted
unless they contain illegal, violent, hate related or otherwise questionable
material.
