Thank You for interest in the Physicians' Select Herbal Supplement Affiliate Program. The following is a brief set of guidelines in order to avoid any confusion in the future. This list was formed secondary to prior experiences with our affiliates, the staff at Physicians' Select believe that communication is key to preventing any misunderstandings.

Affiliates are asked to be responsible and adhere to the following:

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining all information pertaining to the Physicians' Select brand in the following fashion:

• All material presented in the affiliate's website must represent Physicians' Select in an accurate, positive and professional manner.
• The URL of the website being submitted for review for the affiliate program must be correct and online.
• All website material should mirror the material found at www.physiciansselect.co.uk.

1. The Faq's should remain the same as on the Physicians' Select website.
2. The list of ingredients should remain the same for each of the supplements offered.
3. The Pricing including special offers should be the same as those listed on the Physicians' Select website.
4. The unconditional guarantee should be listed exactly as it appears on the Physicians' Select website.
5. The description of the supplement including the benefits listed for each supplement should be the same as those listed on the Physicians' Select website.

Inappropriate Websites:

Affiliates should not endorse the Physicians' Select Herbal Supplements on any websites that reflect any of the following:

• Websites that posses child pornography.
• Websites that promote any form of discrimination including: religion, race, sex, nationality, disability, age, sexual preference, etc.
• Websites that promote any illegal activities.
• Websites that endorse spamming.
• Website that promote violence or animal cruelty.
• Website that violate intellectual property rights.
• Website that have material that violate or infringe of the right of any third parties including copyrighted material or other proprietary rights.

Website Responsibility:

Affiliates are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their websites:

• Technical operation of your website including the appropriate hosting.
• Developing and posting product descriptions with the appropriate links to the Physicians'Select website.
• Ensuring that the affiliate keeps all subject matter up to date with the information posted on the Physicians' Select website i.e. supplements, pricing, special offers, etc.
